I met with Piyumi and Tom last month in their beautiful Annapolis home. They wanted a session to document their first time as expecting parents! They are expecting a sweet little girl this summer. Of course we had to include their sweet puppy in a few photos and then we ventured to Downtown Annapolis- one of my favorite spots. I just love these two- Piyumi is such a beautiful mom- just radiant! Thanks so much again Piyumi and Tom for the wonderful time and congrats!

I met up with Sherri & Kevin in April for their engagement session. They picked downtown Ellicott City since it held a significant place in their hearts. It was here where Sherri & Kevin had their first date- dinner and talking for hours until the restaurant had closed and they were practically thrown out!:)I loved hearing how they first met, their dates and how they fell in love. It was a chilly day but spring was in full bloom and we found so many beautiful backdrops. Thanks again Sherri & Kevin for the wonderful time- can’t wait for your Eastern Shore Wedding this October!

Emily & Matt’s wedding was my first wedding of the year! Having their wedding in March I knew that there was a possibility of it being cold since spring had not exactly hit Maryland yet. What we didn’t except is to have a nice little snow storm two days prior! Snow everywhere and it wasn’t just an inch! So that afternoon I packed my snow boots and headed out towards Oxford. These girls (and guys!) braved out the weather that day and the snow ended up being the most beautiful backdrop! Emily & Matt chose not to do a first look but Emily did want to do a first look with her Dad and it turned out to be the sweetest tear jerker moment ever! Emily & Matt were married in a tiny little one room vintage church in Oxford.  I love how Emily’s sweet daughter was involved in all the wedding festivities including receiving her own little ring! And I just love the sweet daddy and daughter dance that Matt did- not a dry eye in the room! Thank you so much again Emily & Matt for allowing me to capture your beautiful day! Congrats to you all three!

I met up with Katie & Erix earlier last month in Georgetown for their engagement session. We were praying all week for sunshine… and sunny it was but the freezing cold we didn’t count on! These two were troopers and didn’t let the temperature bother them one bit! I am loving all of Katie’s outfits especially her skirt! We had a wonderful time exploring all of Georgetown’s beautiful little spots. Thanks so much again Katie & Erix for the fun time- I can’t wait for your wedding this September!

Meghan & Greg’s wedding was my last wedding of 2014! It felt like I was waiting alllll year long for this wedding so it was literally like Christmas morning the day of their wedding! I loved these two from the time we did their snowy engagement session last year. Although it didn’t snow the day of their wedding we did luck out with some beautiful winter weather. Their wedding took place at the beautiful Carnegie Institution of Science in Washington D.C. They couldn’t have picked a more gorgeous venue for a winter wedding. I loved that the venue reflected their personalities- Meghan & Greg’s love for science and books. The library was the perfect spot for the girls getting ready and portraits. Everyone also braved it outside in the cold. Meghan and Greg’s friends and family were so amazingly fun and danced the night away celebrating at their side. You may recognize some of the bridal party as one of my past bride and groom! Always love seeing familiar faces! Thanks so much again Meghan and Greg for allowing me to capture your beautiful day! I will always remember 12-13-14!:)
