Meghan & Greg’s wedding was my last wedding of 2014! It felt like I was waiting alllll year long for this wedding so it was literally like Christmas morning the day of their wedding! I loved these two from the time we did their snowy engagement session last year. Although it didn’t snow the day of their wedding we did luck out with some beautiful winter weather. Their wedding took place at the beautiful Carnegie Institution of Science in Washington D.C. They couldn’t have picked a more gorgeous venue for a winter wedding. I loved that the venue reflected their personalities- Meghan & Greg’s love for science and books. The library was the perfect spot for the girls getting ready and portraits. Everyone also braved it outside in the cold. Meghan and Greg’s friends and family were so amazingly fun and danced the night away celebrating at their side. You may recognize some of the bridal party as one of my past bride and groom! Always love seeing familiar faces! Thanks so much again Meghan and Greg for allowing me to capture your beautiful day! I will always remember 12-13-14!:)

Catherine & Dan’s wedding was on the most beautiful day this past October. I loved every little aspect and uniqueness of their wedding. Their Greek ceremony was a huge favorite of mine! What I loved most about their reception was the fact the barn they held it in was once a real working barn. Yes, they took this barn and transformed it into the most beautiful setting for a reception. I can’t imagine the amount of work and sweat that went into their reception details. I loved that it was  built by the love of them and their family and friends. The night was beautiful and family and friends celebrated and danced the night away. Thanks so much again Catherine & Dan for allowing me to capture your amazing day- congrats!

These two make winter look so beautiful! A few weeks ago before all the crazy snow and freezing temps began I met up with Emily & Matt in Oxford for their engagement session. First stop we did photos around Matt’s cozy little cottage then we whisked over to downtown Oxford. Oxford is one of those little towns that when you first visit you know you will be back. So quaint and beautiful it seemed like the 3 of us were the only souls around! Thanks so much again Emily & Matt- I can’t wait for your March wedding!

October weddings are definitely a favorite in my book and Aviva and Jason’s wedding was absolutely amazing! On chilly crisp October day Aviva and Jason’s ceremony and reception were held at the beautiful new Belmont Manor. This wedding venue will definitely take your breath away once you enter! I loved everything from the flowers, colors and the meaningful ceremony. What stuck out the most was the huge love this family has for one another. Family came from all over and I loved how they surprised Aviva and Jason with songs and speeches during the ceremony and reception. It truly was an unforgettable day! Thank you so much Aviva and Jason for allowing me to capture your beautiful day! Congrats!I just loved this! Aviva’s 6 little precious nephews sang a toast….complete with real toast!:)

Oh… and this is just part of their big family!:)

I still have a few fall sessions that need to be blogged. First Laura & Shane! I love this sweet couple! They braved it out on a very cold fall day in downtown Annapolis. We wandered the streets and found some amazing fall leaves and little adorable houses. It was freezing down by the water but they rocked out every single photo. Thanks so much for the fun time Laura & Shane! Can’t wait to see you both again in the spring for your wedding!
