Last month I met up with Ashley and Bryan in Salisbury for their engagement session. The day turned out to be just gorgeous and who knew having a session in November was the best idea ever?!? The leaves were just perfect and the autumn sunset was beyond gorgeous. I loved all of Ashley’s outfits and accessories she brought along. We explored the park and found some wonderful spots- I need to go back here- the location they picked out was just beautiful! Thanks so much for the fun time Ashley and Bryan! Can’t wait for your wedding next year in Ocean City, Maryland!
I am bit behind on blogging but I just had to share this amazing wedding! Michelle and Jack were married at the beautiful Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum in St. Michaels, Maryland. Michelle and Jack’s wedding was a true nautical fairy tale! The day started off with a threatening storm making its way east. We kept track of the weather all day and luck had it the weather completely held off until the start of the reception!
The girls started the day off getting ready next door at The Inn at Perry Cabin. Meanwhile, my awesome second Andrea hung out with the boys at St. Michaels Harbour Inn. The boys decided to take a BOAT to the ceremony site….seriously!? The ceremony was held in the Small Boat Shed at the museum- the most amazing rustic site I have ever seen! I loved every single part of this wedding- from the custom benches that were built for guests to sit on, JoJo’s cupcakes (yum!), the most a-d-o-r-a-b-l-e ring bearer and flower girl, to the most amazing scenic views! Michelle and Jack have the most caring and fun loving group of family and friends. Congratulations Michelle and Jack! Thanks so much for allowing me to capture you beautiful day!

I loved working with this sweet family! Amanda contacted me a few months ago to set up a family fall session! Small world- we actually live in the same neighborhood and our girls are in dance class together! We started off the morning in beautiful Chestertown. I love this sweet little quaint town for all of its amazing backdrops! The girls had so much fun especially on the train! Thanks again P family! Hope you are enjoying your photos!
I met up with Christine & Jason over the summer for their engagement session. They wanted to do a session around D.C. since this is where they dated and where Jason had even proposed to Christine. Long story short the day session started off as any other- super hot with 20% chance of rain. About 20 minutes into our session we turned around and the sky was darkening and people were scattering about. A quick check on the radar and it showed a storm coming! Bummer! So we had to cut it short. We rescheduled not once but twice and each time rain, rain, rain! Finally we were able to meet up last month on a beautiful fall evening and finished up their engagement session around Annapolis! Yay!!! Christine and Jason- thanks for being so patient with the crazy summer weather! Can’t wait for you wedding this coming spring!
I absolutely adored Megan and Brad’s September wedding! Megan and Brad decided to get married at Megan’s Uncles cute little house in Royal Oak, Maryland last month. It was one of the most fun and laid back backyard weddings that I ever attended! I loved all of the vintage decor, tables center pieces and not to mention the yummy comfort food at the reception included bbq and pies galore! Megan and Brad are not only complete total cuteness but they know how to joke and have fun! It was an amazing night to see their family and friends come from all over to celebrate these two. Congrats Megan and Brad and thank you so much for allowing me to capture your beautiful day!
